CTACIS — the Confederation of Tamil Agriculture, Commerce, Industry & Services (தமிழர் தொழில் வணிக வேளாண் பெருமன்றம்) — is the organisation that gave birth to The Rise.
The referral business model CTACIS follows is highly efficient and strong. During Sangam5 MaMadurai 2027, CTACIS and the referral business model will be taken global, and branches based on the CTACIS model in other countries will be encouraged. The summit will also stand as the grand gathering of CTACIS itself.
